This study explores the opportunities and challenges of teaching under flexible spatial digital conditions learning environment a newly build school analyzing how is organized what curricular genres can be discerned, resources practices are offered to stimulate students meaning-making framing, relations accessibility discerned in flexibility furniture classroom space. The analyses one teacher team’s planning thematic work project on Space years 2-3 (8-9 old children) reveals varied strategies between teacher-led student-centered forms offering linguistic, visual audiovisual make meaning shared content via different subjects. Spatial framing allows for free movement or static focused rather traditional assignments assessment. These young practice reading comprehension, both written texts films, that also serves building their knowledge about space, thus engaging skills discourse combination with thinking discourse.

Retained Digital Flexible Ureteroscopes

This report documents two instances of retained flexible ureteroscopes at the time of ureteroscopy and laser lithotripsy in a healthy 37-year-old male and a 53-year-old male with a pelvic kidney. We describe maneuvers to remove the ureteroscope endoscopically in the first case, while the second case required conversion to open surgery for ureteroscope extrication.
